Kathleen Jackson has been a part of Motivated Security Services, Inc. practically her entire life. She was groomed by the company's founder, Daniel E. Kavanaugh, Jr., to succeed him as the company's President which she did in 1995. Kathleen has worked at virtually every job in the company from Guard to CEO. She has strong relationships with all our clients, many who have been with us for more than 10 years. She has strategically repositioned the company by keeping a focus on being the best Tri-State provider of Security Service. She has created the "Risk Reduction Life Cycle", a management process that ensures quality performance for the company and demands all company management to operate by it. She has implemented a browser based enterprise management system that tracks employee performance and provides clients with integral billing and reporting information. Kathleen serves as Motivated's Chairman of the Board, sits on the Board of Directors of Young Presidents Organization and is on the Presidential Advisory Board ay Centenary College. She is a member of the National Maritime Security Council, the National Cargo Security Council, the American Society for Industrial security and Y P O. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ.
